A new community for women in Wellington
Monumental Women of Wellington (WOW) is a new independent group bringing women together for friendship, shared interests and community.
WOW has grown from a desire to create a welcoming space where women can connect, try new things and enjoy spending time together. Whether that’s through creative activities, walks, talks, social evenings or simply good conversation, the aim is to build something positive and inclusive for women in our town.
The group will officially launch in May, with a programme of activities and events designed around the interests of members.
We are currently setting things up behind the scenes and will be sharing more information very soon.
